I love weddings and I LOVE CAKE. So every time a wedding comes along, I help out in the process of choosing and getting the cake done. I get to go to free tastings, too! :) As I'm on hiatus from my wedding cake ventures, I decided to make this knot bio to share with other knotties all the beautiful cakes I've encountered. I am just a regular knottie and not a baker nor do I work in the food service industry.
